Tournament Passes on Sale June 6 for the 2025 Baseball Canada 18U National Championship presented by FM468FN Economic Development

(Fort McMurray, AB, June 4, 2025) – Baseball Canada is sliding back into Fort McMurray this summer for one of the country's premier youth baseball tournaments! Thanks to a continued partnership between the Fort McMurray Minor Baseball Association (FMMBA) and the Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo (RRC), the 2025 Baseball Canada 18U National Championship, presented by Fort McMurray 468 First Nation Economic Development, will take place August 14–17, 2025.

Games will be hosted at Legacy Dodge Field at MacDonald Island Park and Ross Hennigar Park in Thickwood, bringing top-tier talent to the heart of Wood Buffalo. This year's championship builds on the tremendous success of previous Baseball Canada events held in the region in 2016, 2018, 2022, 2023, and 2024.

Eleven teams from across the country, including a local Host Team representing the Wood Buffalo region, will compete for national glory in four action-packed days of baseball.

Tournament Passes Go on Sale Friday, June 6 at 10:00 AM. Passes can be purchased at www.macdonaldisland.ca.

·         Adults: $74 (plus taxes and fees)

·         Seniors/Youth: $53 (plus taxes and fees)

·         Children under 6: Free
