The RRC is pleased to provide opportunities for local non-profits, charitable organizations and community groups to fundraise during Special Events hosted at RRC Facilities.
Some opportunities include:
Coat Check by Donation: For time to time, special events hosted at the RRC require a Coat Check. When those opportunities arise, the RRC reaches out to organizations who have indicated that they are interested in this opportunity. Organizations who host a coat check can collect donations to support their fundraising efforts.
Special Event Honorariums: When opportunities arise, the RRC requires extra hands to support special events like stadium concerts, Canada Day and The Craze resented by Syncrude. Organizations who fill these roles have the opportunity to receive an honorariums to support their fundraising efforts.

If your team or organization would like to be added to the list for non-profit fundraising opportunities at RRC-hosted special events, you will need to be a community group, team or charitable organization operating within the municipal boundaries of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.
Please note: The RRC is unable to support political or advocacy groups, religious organizations (with the exception of secular activities open to those of all faiths), individual pursuits, an organization whose values are at odds with those of the RRC, or third party fundraisers for organizations that the RRC directly contributes to.
