Digital Advertising Support
About
Registered non-profit organizations or registered charitable organizations who are hosting a fundraising event in the community may be eligible to receive digital advertising support to enhance their fundraising efforts.
RRC offers up to one (1) week of interior digital advertising once per year to registered non-profit organizations or registered charitable organizations who are hosting fundraisers in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.
Advertising graphics must be supplied by the organization in the size 1920p X 1080p.
Eligibility
Organizations requesting digital advertising support must be a registered non-profit organization or registered charitable organization operating within the municipal boundaries of the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo.
Charity or non-profit registration numbers may be requested prior to the RRC approving any support requests.
RRC digital advertising support does not extend to: political or advocacy groups, religious organizations (with the exception of secular activities open to those of all faiths), individual pursuits, an organization whose values are at odds with those of the RRC, or third party fundraisers for organizations that the RRC directly contributes to.
The RRC reserves the right to remove, reduce or restrict any advertising support at the sole discretion of the RRC.
All requests for advertising support must be completed fourteen (14) business days in advance of advertising start date.
