The 2017 fall programming season will begin at MacDonald Island Park on September 18 and includes a full range of classes for children, youth and adults.
The community of the Wood Buffalo region is invited to kick-start the fall season with the annual Community Registration Day presented by Syncrude on Saturday, September 9.
The Regional Recreation Corporation of Wood Buffalo (RRC) would like to inform the community of the dates for the annual maintenance closure at the Syncrude Aquatic Centre, as well as the dates for annual deep cleaning and maintenance at the Fitness Centre at MacDonald Island Park.
The Syncrude Aquatic Centre will be closed from August 28 – September 17 for annual required maintenance. This maintenance is necessary to ensure efficient operations of the aquatic centre and to minimize future unanticipated closures due to unscheduled maintenance requirements.
